We visited you as a National Seniors group last week and I’m writing to say how much we enjoyed our stay with you.

Your motel ticked all the boxes but it was the personal attention that you gave that made the Sovereign Cooma special.   We didn’t expect you to go out and buy the beer that our men preferred but it was certainly appreciated.

We also appreciated your compassion when one of our members received word of a family bereavement – kind words and a tray of food sent to her room was just what was needed at the time.

 So we thank you Shane and your lovely wife Kim and staff, who were so friendly and cheerful, for making our stay with you so enjoyable.

It is with much pleasure to submit to your management team a brief recommendation on the way in which you conduct your motel.

As a coach company and travel agent Victor Tours offer tour packages to the local senior market both Australia wide and overseas. As a result we come into contact with many varied and interesting people. Sadly, as you would be well aware, society and our industry is getting greedier whilst compromising on the personal service, which as we know will win out in the end, particularly with tough times ahead.

Very few motels seem to be able to show flexibility or are unable to look outside the nine dots. Even though Victor Tours support to your motel is relatively new at this stage, it is refreshing to work alongside people who treat the business as if it were their own.

From our point of view, the standard you set would have to be rated in our top 20% of motels Australia wide.

We congatulate you on your style, from the time of the initial booking, to the meet and greet and farewell of our coach on arrival and departure. From a drivers observation, the care and happy manner which you and your staff show to your guests/our passengers is relaxing, thereby enabling everyone to enjoy their stay.

The quality of your food is excellent. Not once has Victor Tours received any complaints from this department. Your rooms are a true 4 star quality and overall Redleaf delivers value for money compared to most…….well done. 

Your flexibility in recent times has only strengthened our loyalty and working relationship for the future.

Dear Allison & Troy,

Well what a week-end, we had rain & more rain. We visit your resort on a (4) year cycle and I think this is our fourth stay at the Redleaf Resort. What can I say on behalf of (44) players who had one of the best week-end ever and it all comes back to quality of service, the attitude from everyone at Redleaf was second to none the quality of the food service was the best we have experienced.

Nothing was too much trouble you are to be congratulated for the way the place is run and the service being offered to your guests you have certainly brought the level right back up as it was much better than our last stay and we will be back.

I hope there were no issues from our group that needs to be addressed if there were please let me know, if you could take the time to send me a brief “Reference” for my files it would be appreciated.
